Laura James knew her Maine Coon kitten was ill shortly after she brought him home. After several visits to the vet, he was diagnosed with Ocular Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a fatal disease with a 100 percent mortality rate if not treated. Unfortunately the medicine to treat this disease is very expensive.
A local photography studio assisted Laura and a Go Fund Me page was started. Happy Lappies is proud to have donated to help Damascus. At present Damascus is finishing his treatments and his future looks bright.
